The Whisque Mesquite Grill & Bar is an upscale American eatery featuring mesquite fire grilled foods such as steaks and fish as well as prime rib, St. Louis ribs, homemade green chili cornbread and chop salads.

The Whisque has ample dining room seating as well as a large elevated oval-shaped bar, indoor fireplace lounge, and a stylish private dining area. It also has one of the best views of the city and Sandia mountain range. To enjoy this view, we have floor to ceiling windows along the entire east side of the building and a 2,800 sq ft patio complete with comfortable lounge seating, dining tables and a 14’ long crushed glass fire place.

The Whisque is easy to get to from all areas of Albuquerque as it sits atop the elevated corner at Coors & Montano on the west side of Albuquerque.

The Whisque will serve dinner and drinks from 4pm to 10pm Sunday through
Wednesday, 4pm to 11pm on Thursday, and 4pm to midnight Friday and Saturday.

We have a fantastic Sunday brunch from 10am to 2pm.

The Whisque Mesquite Grill & Bar is an independent restaurant owned by Julian James Restaurants. The west Albuquerque location is the first and only location.
